“Luxury, quality and excellent location: These three aspects are united in this three-storey villa of recent construction located in the town of Jesus, 400 meters from Talamanca Beach and 2 km from the center of Ibiza town.
Alvaro González de la Fuente from IBIZARQUITECTUR was the architect who designed this 348 square meter house on 471 square meters of land. De la Fuente has also worked on other large projects on the island, such as the Hotel Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort.
With a unique and innovative design and minimalist decor, this luxury house composes of 4 suites with private bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, swimming pool and two terraces (one on the rooftop and one at the poolside).
The house is fully equipped for your enjoyment: It has a Jacuzzi, whirlpool, barbecue, integrated speakers in every room and is protected by an alarm system with interior and perimetral protection and security cameras. An elevator offers access to all floors of the villa.
High quality materials have been used in the construction. The lighting is LED light and offers the possibility to change colors, in both the interior and exterior of the villa. This allows the lights to mold with a variety of environments and tastes.
Besides, the entire electrical installation was designed to optimize energy saving.
To take advantage of the daylight hours, the house is provided with large windows, which also allow to enjoy the magnificent views of the beach of Talamanca and Dalt Vila, the medieval town of Ibiza.
The access door to the interior parking is opened by means of a remote control. The garage has room for two vehicles and there is place to accommodate two motorcycles as well.
In the garage you will find a storage room and there is an armored door to enter the house from this level.
BASEMENT AND GARAGE
The basement has a suite with private bathroom, equipped with a large window that receives natural light through the courtyard created for this sole purpose. All the basement living areas are decorated in a minimalist style, but providing an adequate warmth to avoid the feeling of being in the lowest part of the house.
Adjacent to this area the laundry room can be found, with a washing mashine and dryer, among other equipment. Right next to it is another space available to store belongings.
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor has a large main entrance and entry phone with camera. Located on this level are the kitchen, the dining and living room, a courtesy toilet and the outdoor areas of this level. The kitchen has high-tec ceramic cooker and hood, cabinets with shelves and many drawers to place utensils, two refrigerators with built-in freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and other necessary appliances such as toaster, juicer and coffee maker.
The living room is furnished with comfortable and ample sofas, 2 coffee tables, chimney and a dining table.
The terrace located next to the kitchen has an outdoor dining table to enjoy a good meal in the open air. The other part of the terrace communicates with the living room and the swimming pool with built-in whirlpool for up to 4 persons.
The garden also has an area with four hammocks and an outdoor shower surrounded by bamboo for the tenant’s privacy.
The terrace deck and the stairs down to the hammocks are provided of antiskid floors to avoid any slipping accidents when walking through this area.
FIRST FLOOR
When accessing the first floor you will find a reinforced door that can be locked and isolates the bedrooms from the rest of the house. This area consists of a total of 3 suites with private bathroom, all of them with television and air conditioning.
The first room includes a double bed (150x200cm), wardrobe, desk and space for your accessories. It has a large window which opens and hides by sliding into the wall.
Next is the “Master Bedroom” or main room with closets on each side of its entrance, a large bed and a big terrace from which you can view the beach of Talamanca, the lighthouse of Botafoch and the island of Formentera.
This room has Smart TV and night light motion sensors on the stairs at the side of the bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bathtub with TV and an exclusive toilet-bidet Duravit Sensowash from the designer Philippe Stark.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds (90×200), wardrobe, closets and an office table, TV and private bathroom with LED lights.
ROOFTOP TERRACE
Undoubtedly, the best views of the island can be enjoyed from this terrace. This area is equipped to enjoy lunches and dinners with family and friends. It is a space perfect for leisure with barbecue (with light), exterior kitchen, a large dining table, two large sofas, two hammocks and a jacuzzi.
