This villa is a superb house with some of the most spectacular views on the island. This property, sleeping up to 12 people, stands on a plot of land measuring 30,000m2 overlooking the village of San Agustin. The interior of the house measures 500m2 and it is colorful and exotic.

On the ground floor there is a large lounge, well equipped kitchen with integrated dining room, a laundry room and a storage room. Also on this level is a good sized family room with four beds and a bathroom (with shower and bathtub).

On the other side of this impressive villa there are three more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower.

The upper level houses the master bedroom which measures 60m2 and has its own dressing room as well as a full bathroom where you can soak in the bathtub and look out to sea, all at the same time.

Back on the ground floor the split-level lounge is lavishly decorated and leads out to a patio with Balinese bed, fountain and Arabic area. A covered terrace provides comfortable sofas to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views, and a dining table for eating alfresco. The pool area is simply gorgeous with lush green lawns and tall mature trees surrounding the lagoon shaped pool and furnished stone terrace. The best sunsets are here in the west and from this vantage point they can be enjoyed to the utmost.
