The contemporary villa has six bedrooms and sleeps 12 people. In addition to being tastefully and elegantly furnished both inside and out, Villa Katmandú exudes the good life. Due to the villa’s numerous terraces, you can take advantage of the Mediterranean sun almost whenever you want. The distance from Villa Katmandú to the beach is only five minutes by foot from Cala Llonga. Cala Llonga is cradled between two cliffs covered in pines in the hilly landscape that is typical of this stretch of our state’s coast. Only a ten-minute drive separates this fantastic vacation location from Ibiza. A barbecue and a sturdy wooden dining table are included on the spacious terrace. Even though the cool area with its unique Bali beds offers the deepest level of relaxation, The jacuzzi is located in a tropical garden next to the lovely terraces. This is longer than six meters and serves as cooling in the summer as well as wonderful heating in the spring and autumn seasons. The swim spa is ideal for a night of champagne and stargazing.
